Project Architect (NL)

We are seeking a motivated, talented, and experienced project architect with an on-site track record on flemish market, to join our Chapman Taylor Brussels team. You will be working on a large scale project in Flanders from the concept design to the execution phase. You have local experience in developing project information, coordinating the team, preparing tender documentation, following site works and liaise with clients. An on-site track record on the Belgian market is essential.

Key attributes:

• Architect degree with a minimum of ten years of BE project experience in medium and large architectural schemes.
• A good level of knowledge of Autodesk Revit
• Working knowledge of Belgian Building Regulations and tender procedures in Flanders and Brussels.
• The ability to coordinate with the wider design and site team and to liaise with other consultants and professionals.
• Ability to clearly present project information.
• You’re a team player with fluent communication skills in Dutch and English (French is a plus).
