Cohabs is a Belgian startup that provides a network of flexible, fully furnished accommodations by creating sustainable community-driven shared homes. We buy, renovate, and operate beautiful houses located in the liveliest parts of town in Brussels, Paris, Madrid, Luxembourg, New York City and soon other European cities.

In order to support our growth, we are looking for an exceptional Senior Architect, who will carry out development management in our Belgium Office.

What would you do:

• Work on devlopment projects in all cities (Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, England, France, USA, & Italy),
• Support all permitting processes worldwide,
• Be the guardian of the timeline between securing a deal and giving the key to PM,
• Validate all feasibilities on floorplanner, remodel the plans of houses from 22 rooms to 99+,
• Visite deals worldwide,
• Build-up a team to support our growth.

Profile:

• You have an Architecture degree with at least 5 years experience
• You have experience with permit in Brussels and opened to learn new regulations from other cities
• You have strong interest for real-estate and development projects
• You are organized and structured
• You have solid skills with Autocad and Vectorworks is a plus
• You are autonomous and proactive
• You are willing to travel to our cities
• You are fluent in French and English
