WORKPLACE DESIGNER +3 Years Exp.

As part of ncbham’s multidisciplinary team, you will play a pivotal role in the evolution of workplace design, realizing projects from their inception through to their completion.

Your Responsibilities

• Engage deeply with client briefs to develop bespoke design strategies.
• Translate insights from research and client workshops into design concepts, spatial strategies, and more.
• Produce comprehensive design presentations including floor plans, budget estimates, sketches, mood boards, and 3D visualizations.
• Thrive in a collaborative environment, proactively working with a diverse and dynamic team of talented professionals to bring innovative design solutions to life.

Your key qualifications

• Have a degree in Interior Architecture or Architecture
• Have at least 3 years of experience in workplace design
• You are proficient in ArchiCAD, SketchUp, and the Office Suite
• You are fluent in at least two out of 3 languages – English, French and Dutch
