The South African Embassy moved from rue de la Loi to rue Montoyer in Brussels in December 2006. This transformation of an existing office of 2500 m2 in the centre of Brussels in the European District was made in 3 months. With a special wooden design for the Visa room, the Consulate and the level of the Ambassador. Everything was created to have a colorfully African touch which allows the visitor to enter in the South African Embassy. The wood, stones and materials choices were done to be close to African origin. This project was led in collaboration with ATISreal as project manager.
